New to fitness pal.40 year ole female. Ups with weight never any lows lately. Walked/jogged 10 miles the other day. Nothing the next.

    wow, 10 miles is impressive! But remember, what you eat will have a bigger impact on weight loss than how much you exerise for most people.

    I’m like that with walking quite often. I’ll get in a really good one and then I’m too tired, busy, unmotivated. It helps if you can schedule the runs into your week so you’re putting time aside for them and don’t have any excuse not to do it or how about a running challenge for charity?
