Getting back into the gym and calorie counting

Hey everyone!
I'm back in the gym after a 1.5 year hiatus and trying to get back to focusing on my daily nutrition. Remembered this app and re-downloaded.
Looking for friends for motivation, share meal/snack ideas, or simply to shoot the *kitten*. Feel free to add or comment!

    Same here i started counting cals strictly last year and lifting everyday. I eventually plateaued. Lost all motivation i had. Now im just trying to find it.

    I hear ya, getting motivated is the hardest part somedays. I was feeling pretty down and was even seeing a therapist (virtually) to help with my anxiety and depression. Start small with walks around the neighborhood and if you're back in the gym try and go in the morning if you can. A lot less people and you start your day accomplishing something by getting into the gym. Small changes work but gotta stick with then.
