What do you enter for exercise when doing 30 Day Shred???

I am just wondering what do you enter for exercise when doing the 30 day shred? I am on the first round and have been entering "general- circuit", but want to make sure I am entering everything correctly! Any advice?!?!

    You should invest in a heart rate monitor - it will be one of the best things you have ever purchased. You will have a more accurate count of calories burned - you will love it btw - when I do the 30DS I burn 210-230 calories......in the meantime I would do circuit training

    Yeah, I would stick to the circuit training, general one. That's what I use, too.

    I have 2 days left of 30DS, been logging as cardio circuit training 20mins!

    don't know if it shows up on your database but I made one this morning which is the circuit training cals (338 at 185lbs 5'7 for 30 mins) if that helps!

  • Funny...I just finished my first day and couldn't find it. I googled it and the most I could find was 190 calories so that is what I put down. Then I saw you ask the question. I think that she killed me!!! Hope it gets easier!!
