in Introduce Yourself
After having stage four cancer and being on steroids that made me gain 50 pounds, and now seems like my weight won't go down. I have to try something hopefully this will help me. Got to do this for myself, my health and how I feel about myself.

    I hope this means you are in remission. I’m sorry you had to go through that. I have been on MFP for a long time. Great community with lots of support. You can friend request me if you want. Good luck to you.

    Thank you! Yes thankfully I'm in remission now to try to get me back. So glad I found this app. I need all the help I can get. Glad to hear you like MFP, I'm definitely going to keep trying. I will add you.
