Hi all,
I am new to My Fitness Pal and although my goal is small, it has not been easy for me to loose weight. I would love to hit my goal weight by December of this year so i can maintain it for my wedding in April of 2012.

I'll help you out! The small goals can be the hardest sometimes because it is so easy to fluctuate. Feel free to add me as a friend.0
