Sharing my progress

Hello everyone,

Am I able to post a photo of me with a 1 month progress?. I mean, I would like to know the suggestions and opinions. When I started, 1.3.2021, I had 72.7kg, this morning I had 69.5kg (11% BF) so I lost about 3kg. I also kept measuring my waist, at the beginning I had 84cm, now I have 79cm. My goal is to have better endurance, speed, explosivity but also to build a muscle mass as much as possible. Of course as an end product my body should get leaner and I should finally lose that stubborn belly fat. I am doing also a low carb diet, my daily calorie intake is 2k-2.1k, 45gF-30gP-25C. My running time has improved and I have noticed that I have more endurance. All of this I have managed to achieve without any weights so I think I will have to buy some dumbbells to keep gaining more muscle.
Just wanted to hear from you what do you think about this progress, is it too slow/too fast for one month or I am on a good path?. I would also like to hear if someone could tell me how much weight should I lose more to completely lose belly fat?, Right now I am thinking about 7kg more or something like that. With a photo it should be a lot of easier to estimate it.

You sure can post pictures... You sound to be in pretty great shape, so off the top of my head if you want to add muscle mass, your going to have to up calories and start at least a mild bulk then cut back down. I'm not sure if your talking January 3rd or March 1st as a starting date? Also While Keto can be great for Cutting, and preserving muscle mass while doing so, if your now aiming to gain muscle you will likely want to shift your intake away from low Carb. Or you could keep on cutting, and knock off a few more percentages but anything sub 10% is pretty darn low.

I'll step aside and let someone more knowledgeable give you hand. Either way you doing really great, Happy Easter weekend to you!

Thanks dude for a response. Yea, sport is pretty much what I´ve been doing just during this lockdown I started working out intensively. I was thinking to lose a few more kilograms and burn the fat, and start mild bulk after the sommer, like September. I forgot to mention that I am 25yrs old and 175cm tall. 9% or lower would be satisfying for me. It makes sense that in order to build a muscle mass I will need to higher up the carbs, and than start 40%p-30-30. I will consider it, but anyways I will be in a cutting more for at least a while  . And yea, I have started to track my calories intake and train regularly on March 1st, one month ago.
Thanks for the kind words! You too! Will post a photos after I upload them on my lap.

I'm having some issues with the math here. If your bodyfat is 11% and you weigh 69.5 kg, you only have 7.6kg of bodyfat, how on earth can you aim for losing 7 more kg? 😳

11% bodyfat is low already, where did you get that number? Are you male or female? I'm having some trouble imagining belly fat at the bodyfat percentage you mentioned.
    Pictures might be helpful, yes.

Male. It would be awesome if I would manage to maintain my weight and lose bellyfat at the same time but I am not sure if thats possible. What number do you mean? Bodyfat? I got it measured by the coach.

It looks like great progress in a month.
I'm not sure the 11% body fat was a correct measurement (based on the example pictures you can find on Google, I'm not an expert myself). But you look great.

If you're still looking to lose more to have more defined abs, I think you'll just have to see how you progress. But losing 7 more kilos sounds like way too high a number to aim for, that's 10% of your bodyweight.

Hey Lietch thank you for a feedback!. Thank you for the compliment. Those 7 kilos that I have mentioned was roughly said by me. It could easily be wrong predicted thats why I wanted to get an advice from you guys. I am aiming to ger more defined yea but I do not know how many kilos do I have to lose ro reach that level of leaness.
By the way, you said that I am allowed to post my pics but I have been wrong because of that 🤔
