Does anyone have a recommendation for something to hold in my lower belly. It is so huge it is stopping me from wearing clothes that otherwise would fit. My pants fit in the butt, thighs,, and hips but the waist is being killed by the flab. I am down over 70 pounds with about 40 to go and it seems to be sagging worse with the more I lose. I feel like an underfilled water bed. I will be getting a tummy tuck and breaat reduction/lift but not for a couple years (get to goal, maintain it, then surgery). In the meanwhile I need industrial help on this gut. Thanks!

    When you have your tummy tuck they'll have you wear a post op garment called a faja for several months post op. These are industrial strength compression garments. You could give one a try now, they're available in a range of sizes and styles on Amazon.
