I'm new

I have just started working out and eating healthier. I have tried to lose weight before but I get stuck and then give up. This time I have made it a goal not to give up. Using this application I hasreally opened my eyes to how much sugar I was consuming a day. To my surprise without any physical activity when I limited my sugar intake I have lost 1.5 lbs in just a few days. I have just now started exercising. I am hoping that just by limiting my sugar for now as my plan alloted me only 24 grams of sugar combined with exercising I will not plateu like before and get discouraged and give up. It's easier said than done, I know.....I'm hoping to make friends so we can encourage each other to meet our goal. I hope to hear from you soon :smile:
