Hey guys! I'm looking for more friends. I'm plant based, & mostly do pilates, HIIT, & ring fit workouts. I'm not new here, but most of my friends are inactive now so I'm hoping to get more of a community back in my newsfeed.
I lost about 65 pounds using this app, and now I just stick around to maintain my weight & stay fit & healthy (mostly by doing Blogilates workouts, HIIT, & Ring Fit Adventure).

I'm back again after ballooning to heaviest weight over last couple of years. Lost the first 6kg over the past couple of months - still another 20 to go. Most of my previous friends on here are inactive, so looking to build up some buddies again.
I log everything (even on my terrible days) whether good, bad or indifferent and have a very sweet tooth so you'll see lots of chocolate in amongst the more healthy items. Feel free to add, particularly if you have open diary as I like to nose and get ideas plus the occasional like/comment goes a long way to keeping me going and you'll get the same back.3 -

The pandemic has put a damper on my mood and over all health.I notice I started eating more fast food,binge eating, drinking lots of coffee, and alcohol.
