    Exercise is great for improving fitness. It can also be a support tool for losing weight, but the real challenge for weight loss happens in the kitchen and on the plate.

    Have you set any short and/or long term goals? What will you do going forward to support your weight loss goal?

    I always see nutrition and working out to go together. To lose weight and keep it off, having both of them together is the way to go.
