    Actually, there are. I haven't seen any of them use the "MtF" designator. Use the search function for terms describing you. You'll find them.

    Yes I am a MtF ransgender. I live in Washington state and just started my transition.

    My girlfriend is trans. Yep, estrogen is Not Helpful in weight loss!

    Nor is the weekly weeping fit and chocolate craving when she changes out her patches.
