What is my deal today???

All I want to do is eat! I got up late and all the stuff that's under lunch was not eaten in one sitting. It was eaten over a period of 3 hours and the snacks were eaten over a period another 3 hours. I feel like I am starving! As soon as my laptop batterie charges I will be walking on the treadmill....youtube is a great distraction over treadmill boredom and next week I will be getting a gazelle off of craigslist (if it's still there). I intend to use that everyday. I absolutely loved the arc trainer at the gym and I plan on using it while watching tv. But, I'm just so hungry today!! I think I need to change the breakfast, lunch and dinner to the hours thing I've seen on here.

    I'm having one of those days too! I can't figure out why. I had already eaten my lunch at 10:30am..LOL. I think sometimes it's just like that. Good luck to you!

    I would suggest more protein in your diet. MFP underestimates your normal needs. And protein will help your hunger. Good luck.

    Period isn't due untill around the 25th....The thought did occur to me! lol......all I know is I can't wait till dinner!

    I get like that, too, everyone once in awhile and completely out of the blue. I'd suggest loading up on some veggies. Something like carrots, celery or sugar snap peas would be a good snack that won't do much damage and will keep your stomach occupied.
