Hello all! I have been working remotely since March 2020, gained 19 lbs because it was a drastic change to my routine. Struggling to get it off now. Tried V-shred and that’s too much for my body. Now I’m doing Pahla B workouts on YouTube, designed for women 50+, and it seems to be working better for me. Also I followed her calorie calculation which is about 100 Cala more than MFP estimated. Also I’m doing intermittent fasting 14:10 which also seems to help. I feel stronger definitely but the numbers on the scale are not reflecting a loss yet. That’s frustrating.

    Hi! I gained some weight before Covid, due to a problem in my back and cortisone to heal. Then covid happen. I am doing now for 2 weeks Intermittent Fasting 16:8, though I also need help with MFP. I also feel better with IF 16:8. Stay strong! I sent you a friend request.
