Restarting & Needing Help

Hello everyone. I'm not one to reach out like this or socialize in online forums, but my current methods aren't working. So, let's try it! My name is Ethan. I'm a firefighter/paramedic in Tennessee. I'm 5'9'' and I weigh 219 lbs. I wear a pant size of 36 inches. My long-term goal is to get off medications (anti-hypertensives, anxiolytics) and to lose weight while improving my overall health and fitness. My goal weigh is 170 lbs, then build on from there with muscle. Unfortunately, I don't know my current fat percentage versus current muscle percentage.

I can use ALL of the help that I can get. I hope to network with some of you and see how this online support thing goes.

    Good luck with your journey, I am old and retired but need to lose another stone and keep fit for my joints.
    Hang in there you can do it but it does take time!
