hi im looking for some tasty chicken recipes does anyone have some
i love eating chicken and i know its a good lean meat to eat help please thanks :smile:

    Low-calorie:
    Chicken and Dumplings
    Lemon Chicken
    Picante Chicken
    Chicken rollatini
    Baked "fried" chicken
    Grilled with teriyaki
    Buffalo chicken meatloaf

    Scrumptious but more calories:
    Chicken Caruso
    Kung Pao Chicken
    Lettuce wraps
    Kung Pao Spaghetti

    That's all I can think of off the top of my head.
