looking for support

Hi Everyone,

This is my first time joining anything on the internet or being apart of a group to help live a better life. So i am introducing myself and hope to make new friends to support each other in this new adventure.

I am a married mother of 4 children 2 are already adults but i still have 2 younger ones living at home, 1 teen and 1 preteen. They are very active children involved in Hockey and Dance.

Any advise for a newbie would be greatly appreciated.

also looking for friends to help with the support feel free to add me!
