Im really overwhelmed with my diabetes! The feelings I feel makes me not want to work out I drop most days by going to the mail box and then im just high on other days! I dont want to feel sick and healthy I just wanna feel healthy!

So, got any ideas! I dont want to eat a donut to keep sugars up but sometimes Pasta isn't enough! Anyone get me?

    Do you take insulin? Are you measuring these lows?

    Lower than usual can feel a bit shaky, but if your aren't dropping you below 80, it is probably part of lowering your overall levels. Nonetheless, this sounds like something to discuss with your medical team.

    Eating more carbs can result in a rebound effect, where your sugar spikes, then comes down lower than ever.
