What are your toxic gym traits?
Not stretching much before my workout.
Not stretching at all after my workout.
Doing my reps too quickly, instead of slow and controlled because I want to get to my next exercise.
Not going super heavy on weights because I refuse to ask anyone to spot me.

Bad technique/ form when lifting.
I think I pulled a muscle a couple months ago on my one arm it’s been sore ever since and I can’t move it the same.1 -
