I remember when my son was a baby and I never left the house without his diaper bag. Well now I've created a bag of my own, a dieter's bag. A bag with healthy snacks, drinks and words of encouragement. I will be prepared if the urge to eat something unhealthy hits me while out running errands.

    great idea, there is a site for bags similar to this for diabetics. since we need to always have snacks around. i have a box of 100 calories almonds packets in my car.
