Hey everyone. I need more protein in my diet... What do you guys eat that has a good amount in it? TIA!!

    It links to a spreadsheet that lists many, many foods in order by protein efficiency, i.e., most protein for fewest calories. Find foods you like on the spreadsheet, eat more of those, less of something else less helpful to you.

    I'm not a good resource for most, since I'm vegetarian. I don't like faux meats, generally, so I don't eat them. I like tempeh, tofu in various forms, Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, legumes (beans, peas, lentils, etc.) and pasta made from chickpeas or red lentils, among other things. Some people find protein powder beneficial, but I don't find it tasty or satisfying, don't need it to hit my protein goals, so don't have any recommendations of brands to try.
