            I did reach my previous UGW of 110 lbs in August 2020 but gained weight every month since and I felt 110 lbs was too low.
 I've found my new UGW (maintenance) aim of 115 to 120 lbs. I'm using Fitbod app in hopes of slowly gaining muscle as I reach for my new maintenance goal.

 Age: Almost 61. Height 5 feet 5.5 inches when I stand up very straight (I’ve shrunk!)
 I like to weigh in on the 1st and the very last day of each month, but otherwise follow the leader.

 8th- 208.2 Frustrating as my eating has mainly been on target and my movement has increased. Banging head on the wall here.
 15th – 207.6 This finds me a bit lower than last week. I know my diet must improve. My exercise or movement has remained good.
 22nd - 207.2 Covid shot #2 today so I’m feeling a bit tired. I experienced some extra travel this week so I’m grateful that the scale is still below last week. I know I can try harder and do better. I have lots of tools in my toolbox, I just need to sharpen the blades and get to work!

 I have to accept that a journey has ups downs turns and occasional stops to check thee GPS and realize we’ve taken a wrong turn. That’s where I am currently. It’s not always a straight a narrow path. I’m so proud of you all and am glad to be sharing this part of my journey with you ♥️6
