MCT Oil and Calorie Deficit

hi i have been counting calories and showing steady progress. i recently started hearing about mct oil is it ok to use if I am not doing keto or intermittent fasting? will I get the same results?

I don’t know, but you do have to count the calories from the oil.1

You should get all the same benefits, even if not keto . . . but they may be minor to negligible.
