Hi Everyone,
I signed up for MFP a few weeks ago and chose today as my starting day. I gained 30lbs over the past 18 months. My DR has given me the go ahead to lose the weight. I fell of the running wagon last February/March when all my races started to cancel. I signed up for a 15K in October to keep me more accountable to the fitness part of my journey.
I am a 35 year old woman. I have a job that keeps me on my feet, I run and swim (in the summer) and I am redoing the landscaping in my yard so plenty of activities to keep me active. I just need to get the overeating under control now.
