Not new to fitness pal, but new to macros

Hey all! I’ve been calorie tracking for about a year with 25-30lb weightloss, but I haven’t changed since the new year, so I’m excited to try new workouts and get some good steps in. But what I’m most excited about is that today I took the big jump from calorie counting to macro counting. Even this morning I was intimidated but it all started to click as I logged in my food. Just thankful for my fitness pal and am looking forward to some new progress.

    I am also new / back to my fitness. I am back on keto. I was on keto, mastered my macros and lost 28lbs. I've since regained those pounds during covid and need to get rid of them again.. Day 4, with my macros right around 75/20/5. Keeping the fast up long term is to much for me. By 8 months I couldn't handle it. I am also now very gluten intollerant. I need a keto buddy to commiserate with and support. :) So if you're interested...I'd love a buddy
