Hello, I am finally switching from my fit bit to my new apple watch. Is my fitness pal the best way to go? Any tips would be welcomed! Thanks

I am loving it with my Apple Watch - movement is all apple and nutrition is via MFP. I signed up with my apple account after already having a account - so i deleted my old account - couldn't get them to synce...that was my only issue.0

I track my Apple watch workouts into MFP for my exercise (not steps - since I walk for my workouts it is a "double dip". For the watch to give you credit be sure to swipe to the right and hit the red "X" and then close workout. Once you do that, when you open the MFP app on your iphone it uploads your exercise for you. It works great. I have done it for 2 years. Be sure to go into health app on your phone and turn on what you want MFP to track. Good Luck!!0
