    Also it's my first time using any weight or health related tracking stuff. Never even tried to be self-aware until now.

    Hi, Brett. Welcome!

    Hope the health issues are beyond you know, so you can start focusing on yourself. I think, in an odd way, I can relate to the “focusing on yourself” part, even though I’m an older, healthy woman. I wasn’t able to do that til I retired, and yes, it’s kind of a wierd thing to get used to. It can feel very selfish

    You’ll also find many threads scattered about from people who aren’t making their calories, and giving advice on easy ways to pump up your calorie counts.
