Justin's honey almond butter. A jar in the pantry and packets in my purse. I refuse to be hungry. Ever.

no matter what, these have to be in stock: eggs, breakfast meat (turkey bacon or canadian bacon or smoked salmon), whole grain bread, whey protein

Great Value Instant Oatmeal and dried cherries, blueberries and cranberry mix (from Sam's) . This is my favorite breakfast, I eat it almost everyday. Quicky, easy and very filling, less than 200 calories.

Laughing Cow Lite Queso Fresco & Chipotle cheese wedges, and Finn Crisp crackers. Two crackers (they are pretty big) and one wedge of cheese is a 75 calorie snack, and the crackers have 2 grams of fiber per serving and a gram of protein. This is basically my snack every single day between lunch and dinner, and I love it!
