so i signed up a while ago but have been on and off of this site, now i really am going to keep up with it... any recommendations to on how to stick with it?

    Same here dude. I just got back on today after a break of 2-3 months. I'd suggest making sure you interact with people on here as much as possible. That way, when you disappear or someone else disappears, there's some accountability or something that draws you back. Another way is joining a weightloss group on here. There's a lot of groups that start up at a certain time and then close off so that the group doesn't get too big. Everyone adds each other on the group and reports weekly or follows challenges and supports each other.
