First goal met!!

I set my first goal at 50 pounds...figured if I gave myself sort of mini-goals, I had a better chance of success. As of this past week, I have lost 53 pounds since I started this on September 17.

Now, on to the next goal: a total of 75 lost by February 22. I only have 22 more to go!

    That is awesome! I am down 75lbs as of today and my goal is to lose the last 43 by my birthday that just happens to be February 22nd, lol. We can do this. Congrats on reaching your goal. Keep pressing. Feel free to add me so that we can encourage each other!
