I was just wondering if there's anyone that would like to keep motivated with me. We could Share meals / exercise tips etc

I have put on loads in lockdown 🙄. My aim is to loose some weight before June 22nd (lockdown release day)

    Best of luck! I'm in a similar boat but started a little earlier. I've lost 4 lbs so far just by going to the gym 1st thing in the morning before breakfast, counting calories, avoiding carbs, ect.
