Hi everyone,
I've been using MFP for 3 weeks now after getting my first fitness watch that tracks calories. Really loving the insights so far on net calories and mix of protein carbs and fat. I can't believe that every brand name of food item already exists in MFP with accurate nutritional info. Very cool... and makes it quick an easy to enter daily intake.
If this pandemic lockdown is ever over I can't wait to get out and play tennis and golf. Hit me up if you're in the area and down for some game!
