I ran my first FULL mile on the treadmill today and it only took me roughly 11 mins. I felt like giving up a few times, but i pushed through. The hubby was right next to me on another treadmill and noticed. He totally congratulated me afterwards. Heehee. :bigsmile:

That's great, congratulations! I just about killed myself on the treadmill today walking 2 miles in 40 minutes. Running is just a dream for me. Stupid knees.0
