I’m new here but looking forward to changing my life in a positive way! I am too heavy to keep loving this way and need to lose 70 pounds to get back to where I want to be and hoping to achieve that through this app and tracking everything.

    Hello and welcome! I was active on MFP about ten years ago and lost 20 pounds but gained most of it back. I'm here to lose 15 pounds and feel more energetic. Let's be accountability buddies! I'll add you! :)

    Hi, I joined MFP 40ish days ago and have lost 12 lbs. I’m 59 and realized if I don’t do anything to get healthy, it will just get worse. So far, it’s going well. I make sure to log every day, including food and exercise notes. I read the articles here and find them very helpful. I’ve had a few hiccups but was able to get back on track the following day.
