Hi all I managed to lose over 7 stone with ww but have decided I needed more so here I am I have 4ish months until my wedding so really want to make a dent in my weight loss for then I have loads of before photos in the dress lol so hope I can look even better in it

    hello, you can do this, how fantastic is a seven stone loss !! I have just started with weightwatchers but I have decided to double log here as well to keep tabs on the calories so that I don't overload on the 0 point things.... Happy to be friend requested if you would like a buddy
