Sorry to ask but my steps are counted by my phone so when I walk the dog I don’t record it as a walk should I?

    If whatever app you're using to count your steps is synced with MFP, then you're correct: no need to log walks separately, or you would be double counting.

    Thankyou that’s what I was thinking mind I went further today but recorded less steps lol
