Slow start

Hi everyone,

I've put around 20lb in 3 years. I've been a yo-yo dieter all my life, but I'm not getting any younger and I really need to sort my self out. It's making me feel rubbish.

I started last month but only managed to lose 1lb, I was exercising 4 times a week but didn't really change my eating habits.

So I've started from today, MFP has put me at 1,666 cals a day which feels a bit high for a diet but let's see how it goes.

I'm 12st 7lb at 5ft 7. I was 11st on my honeymoon which might still sound a bit high it's a aim to start with to fit back in the same bikinis.

Anyways that's my ramblings, hope to find lots of inspiration on the forums.

    I lost all of my weight (60lbs) at 1700+ calories (sometimes way higher even, when I exercise a lot) and I'm 5ft5. If you want to stop the yoyo cycle, a slower rate of loss is not a bad idea 🙂
