Not losing even with calorie deficit...weight lifting and big time exercising daily

Leaner is better than just weighing less, isn't it? If you are lifting, eating at a deficit, and leaner...you could be recomping vs. just "losing weight."1

The simple solution is to eat a bit less.
But if you want help to identify the issue I'd recommend making your diary public as that may well reveal you are eating more than you believe or maybe over-estimating your exercise expenditure, or a bit of both.1 -
So what's more important to you: a number on a scale or how you look?0

90% of the time I hear this, I find inconsistency in the eating part and working out part. Unless you have some type of hormonal health issue, and IF what you're posting is actually truthful, then it's possibly recomp.

So here's the thing:
If you aren't losing pounds then you are not eating in a deficit. Full Stop.
Lower your calories or log more accurately once you know your calories. It's science, ya know?3 -
Unless you are competing on comparative power to weight ratios or VO2 max scores then your weight isn't an issue for a non-weight bearing exercise.
You seemed to want help with losing weight rather than improving indoor cycling!

How many calories are you eating? How do you know you're in a calorie deficit...are you tracking everything, or guessing? Do you log exercise calories, and do you eat those calories back? If so, how many exercise calories do you burn?0
