Stagnant!

Options
Hi all! I'm new here but need advise please.
I have been losing weight 21lbs so far on 1200 calories per day. Recently I have stagnated and I am eating under my 1200 calories approx 1000-1050.
Would this be the reason?
I have Hashimoto's Thyroiditis which means I have a very slow metabolism hence the low calories.
I am also fairly immobile due to spine problems. I need to lose weight to have the spine surgery so I can be mobile again so now I've stagnated I am getting concerned because my BMI wont be low enough for the surgery......pressure here!
The only exercise I can do is ride my static exercise bike daily for about 10mins.
Can anyone advise? Would it help me to eat more calories for a while?

In what time frame did you lose those 21 lbs?
What are your stats - age, height, weight?

As for your thyroiditis: if you're (adequately) medicated, that shouldn't impact your metabolism much at all.

Try eating your calories plus some of your exercise calories, my weight loss slowed to virtually nothing and when I checked my net calories were 850 which is far too low.
So I started eating my 1200 calories as well as half of my exercise calories and my weight has been dropping around 2 lbs per week since then.
