hello!!
has anyone ever tried this stuff? my mom drinks it religiously and she gave me a bottle of Mona-Vie which i am going to start tomoro. it says to drink one ounce twice a day and it helps with all sorts of health problems, also helps give you energy and supress hunger.
i'm currently breastfeeding and trying to stick to 1500 cal a day. it's hard and i keep getting hungry at night, trying not to eat after 7pm.
can this juice help me not feel hungry? hunger makes me cranky:grumble:

I make smoothies with it! I mix a little silken tofu, frozen strawberries and acai berries frozen, then I add a tablespoon of raw honey or agave nectar. I don't know if you can have soy though, if not just substitute milk. It's really good for you and very yummy!0

I don't know a whole lot about the health benefits, but it's a fruit and full of antioxidants, which is great for you! I love acai, my personal favorite is the ProX Acai Smoothie, you can see the nutrition content on here in the foods section-I added it myself. It sure is tasty and made an excellent snack, especially accompanied with an apple or some veggies :happy:0
