How to share with a friend a receipe I created

I Just created a receipe and would like to share with a friend on the app, so he can use it as well. What is the best way to do that ?

    Options
    If you're both friends, you can go into your settings and turn on your Diary Sharing. When you friend looks at your food diary, they will have an option to copy your meal to their diary.
