popcorn.....i pop my own.....i do 1 tbs oil and 3 tbs kernels...then when all is said and done, if im having a sweet tooth i sprink a little salt and some cimmomon sugar, if i just want salty then i use salt, garlic powder, and parmesean cheese. Its better with butter, but thats too many calories, so i do it without0

i have a "popcorn tooth" and I have an air popper as well.
with the Fall season coming up try sprinkling some pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon and a little sea salt!
also the little kettle corn seasoning thing they have in the isle with the microwave popcorn is awesome too!0 -

with the Fall season coming up try sprinkling some pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon and a little sea salt!

A lot of these "treats" sound kinda high calorie. I think I'd avoid them. Unless you're willing to settle for losing less than 5 pounds. Just sayin....0

I just had some blueberry infused 2% lowfat plain Greek Yogurt...dipped a few strawberries in it. Most delish!0

Can't say I have ever seen flax seed butter. . . . sunflower seed butter, almond butter , peanut butter, all sorts of nut butters, but that one is new to me. That combo does sound good though.0 -
