Old friend

An old friend emailed me today after many many months and she said she dreamt of me last night after losing tons of weight. She said I looked happy and healthy just when we were young and single. Now, the interesting thing is I have NOT told this friend that I am trying to lose weight. and have lost some She has no clue of my new lifestyle changes. Coincidence or what? I thought it was VERY interesting.

I am now more determined to do this...and stay healthy.

    well...not to bore all the natives but-

    when you are in a very positive mental state ( I assume you were at the time of your friends dream)
    your energy is heightened and there is a theory that once a connection is made (as in friends) it can remain viable over time and distance....your friend may have been in a :receptive" state and recieved some of your energy....it is good thing

    well...she could be but that isnt required to have the connection that you both were involved with
