Weirdest lunch ever :)

Yesterday. I'm trying to hold off shopping yet again, until tomorrow. So options were limited and didn't feel like making anything. So peanut butter and croutons was it for lunch. Lol

Anybody care to share some crazy lunches?

    Yesterday I have two left over Hormel Tamales rolled into a two egg omelet and drizzled with tamale sauce and a sliced carrot. Seemed pretty weird.

    Not super weird but sometimes I use turkey pepperoni if I am out of deli turkey in my sandwiches/wraps.

    People used to think it was weird when they were having BLTs (Bacon, Lettuce, & Tomato) and I would sub peanut butter for the tomato.

    I don't think I've had that since getting a food scale and realizing just how small 2 T of peanut butter really is :(

    Now I want one :lol:
