Introductory Speech (Im back!)

Hello all,

I'm back! I kind of lost motivation a few days ago so deleted account but its all okay as I am back! See below my re-submitted introduction!

My name is Susan but everyone calls me Susie (its short for Susan) or they call me Susie Sheep (because my favourite animal is a lamb). I love anything to do with sheep, George Clooney, Wine. I find that if you put your mind to things you can achieve anything!

I want to be able to wear my lovely yoga pants to my WMAKC (Wine making and karate class) again because at the moment they're a bit of a squeeze!

I am a primary school principal and I have the best students in Brisbane! Or maybe the world! (of course I may be being a little bit biased).

In my free time I like to go to WMAKC (a private leisure run by one of my girlfriends), go to the beach to have some time without the students - some time to plan for the rest of the school year (this takes a very long time and I NEVER get time to finish it). I adore going for long runs around my house as soon as the sun rises.

Obviously, nobody's perfect (this is something I tell my students everyday). Some of my insecurities including pacing while delivering one of my famous inspirational talks to the students. Another would be that everyone thinks I wear high heels when really I just have very, very, very long stalk legs.

The last insecurity before I disappear for now, is that my hair is basically falling to bits! I used to despise my natural brown locks as my mother told me it was a sign of weakness (you can never be week) I have died it almost every day for my entire long life (but of course you'll never know how old I am ;) lets just say...I've seen a lot...

Anyway I've possibly have sent you into a spin with all my blabbering!

Take Care,

Susie

    Welcome back!

I have to ask: Wine Making And Karate?

What are you hoping to get from My Fitness Pal? What goals are you going to achieve? You've got a good attitude about achieving goals; got some good ones?

Oh my goodness! I am still in awe that someone would actually take the time to reply to me!

Yes, yes, wine making and karate...very interesting activity I know, but also a fantastic reward after a good karate session - its more wine tasting then making but oh well you cant bite the hand that feeds you!

Goals. So many. For starters being able to run 5km in under 20 minutes- I know this is a bit of a stretch (especially for someone like me) but im willing to give it a red hot go!

With myfitnesspal im hoping to find some more fitness buddies to share my passion.

Any who lovely to meet you mtatatoot!

    Take Care,

    Susie

Well I was chuffed to get my 5K to under 30 minutes, so you're looking at getting there a lot faster than I can. Good luck!

I used to make beer, mead, and wine. It's a great hobby. I don't know much about karate, but some of my fermentations had a bit of a "kick."

These days my fermentation is lactic acid fermentation of vegetables.
