Sorry I'm new here can anyone tell me how to add food without adding to daily diary so can build up food lists ? Hope this makes sense x

If you are using the phone app go to the side tab of 'recipes, meals and foods' - you can add foods there without having to add them to the diary. Not convinced you can do it on the computer though.0

This might be a workaround for you: go to a day in your diary before you started using MFP and add the foods there.1

I did that, didn't want to scan things at work. Worked great.
