Meli here and it's day two for me. Covid has enabled my bad eating habits, i've always had them, but I used to be active enough to break even. As of May 25 2021, I was 203.4lbs. Dec 31, 2019 I was 146lbs - thats 57 pounds!!
I started this journey, because Im tired of avoiding mirrors, and I used to LOOVVVEEE them.... being unhappy with me, avoiding people amd the list goes on!
Excited to connect with my tribe, support your goals and get fit together!
