Enlightening...thanks for sharing! Looking at that chart, I find some of it hard to believe though. I am definitely not typical. I rarely touch dairy that isn't cheese so where does that 600 pounds of non-cheese dairy come from in my diet? I also think it would be good, but unlikely, that the average person eats 415 pounds of vegetables, but only 183 pounds of red meat and poultry. Most people I know eat a lot more meat than veggies. LOL Most people I know also don't eat 273 pounds of fruit.... I'm not sure when the last time was that my dad ate any fruit. Oh yeah, that's right - he did eat some banana bread recently and maybe some apple cobbler before that. LOL0
