Coaching NSV

So, I coach a 2nd,3rd, and 4th grade flag football team and I was giving them a hard time about motivation and running hard. My son decided it would be a good to call good ole dad out. He says why do we have to run while you just stand there? So i made them a deal. We would run 5 sprints if they beat me, just one of them, three out of the five sprints they could quit running. Well I smoked them all five races. I know their young, but a couple of the running backs are fast for their size. NSV in the bag, coaching validity safe, and a great practice to boot.
