    I'm in!

    71 year old female...5'5" ...I used to be 5'7" but arthritis hit and I lost two inches, so now that two inches is squished around my waist like the billows of a big accordion... :D...Oh, well. I'll just keep working on it.

    I've just finished another challenge which I found super useful and where I lost 1st 11lbs (11.3kg, 25lbs). I am happy at this weight but I have been here before and have put back on some (although not all) of the weight I have lost. I would like to use the summer to become settled at a lower weight and to drift down 5lbs which is at the bottom of my range.

    I'm in. I just finished a March to May Challenge and the accountability of logging in weekly kept me on my "slow but steady" journey. I kept my goals at about 1/2 pound loss a week, because that's how I gained the weight during the pandemic lockdown - about 1/2 pound at a time.

    OG start weight 31 Dec 20 195lbs 😩. BMI 31.3
    June start weight 163.4lbs
    September goal 150lbs. Healthy BMI range 24 🤞

    My birthday is 29th Sept. would love to be 45lbs down (from start of year) and maybe fit into UK size 12 clothes 🤞🤞🤞
    These challenges help motivate me and keep me a bit more accountable. Thank you!

    I have yo-yo bouncing for a while and my lowest was actually 170 lbs last year, but some stresses have really got me going up and down. I am looking to really stay on track this around for health reasons. I hope I will with this challenge.
