So I have never lost that much usually in 3 days but is that ok if I were to. Also I am not counting weight fluctuations.

How do you know it is not water weight fluctuations?
Which it probably is.
1lb loss in 3 days is not unusual for a single 3 day period - obviously if it continues at that rate over a period of time, that is different.

What kind of weight? The scale DOESN'T tell you. Losing 1 pure pound of body fat would require a pure 3500 calorie burn of fat only................................and that's TOTALLY unlikely.
Chalk it up to weight fluctuation. A little fat, a little carbs, and a little water.

Weight does not drop in a nice linear fashion, I can stay the same weight over 3 days or drop a pound over 3 days. It is the overall trend that tends to even out to a loss that coincides fairly close to your deficit.
Have you been weighing daily and looking at the trend over time? If so, I would imagine you are not losing 1 lb every 3 days? How long have you been at this and tracking?2 -
2lbs a week would put you around that number but IDK your stats or deficit.1
